Qualification
First division (16 years education Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University /DAIs. Relevant experience in a University or a Government department or a recognized autonomous organization in pay scale 17 or its equivalent or above.
Experience:-
15 years' experience with public sectors universities /DAI (s) will be preferred. Candidate should also be well versed in PEC, PPRA KPPRA planning commission, Finance Project Management and other Government rules/procedure prescribed for Government rules/procedure prescribed for the implementation of development projects Must be well versed with software and resources for M&E of infrastructure projects.
